ATEC - Assistive Technology Exchange Center is located at 200 North Fairview Ave in the city of Santa Ana. It is located north of First Street on the Northwest side of North Fairview, next to Goodwill Industries of Orange County.
Traveling to ATEC by bus:
Take bus #47 South on Fairview and disembark at the corner of Fifth Street and North Fairview. From the bus stop travel south towards First Street. ATEC is approximately 100 yards south of the bus stop. As you are walking south you will first pass the Goodwill Industries store, then the Goodwill Industries offices/plant, and then finally the Goodwill As Is Lot before arriving at ATEC.
Take bus #47 North on Fairview and exit the bus stop north of First Street. When exiting bus, walk 75 feet south to First Street. Use crosswalk to west side of Fairview and walk north just 50 ft past Colima's Restraunt to ATEC, 200 North Fairview.
Traveling to ATEC by car:
Take the 405 south, exit the Fairview Street off ramp and make a left turn heading north. Go approximately 5 miles. Once you approach First Street, stay in your left lane. Once you pass First Street, make a U-turn where the Goodwill Industries offices/plant are located. ATEC will be the farthest building to the left at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 405 north, exit Fairview, and go right. Go north for 5 miles. Pass First Street, stay in the left lane and make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at the left of the Goodwill Industries offices/plant, at 200 North Fairview.
Please be aware that the Haster Street off-ramp will be closed for construction until 2006. Please use Harbor Blvd as alternative. Exit Harbor Blvd off-ramp and make a left turn at Harbor Blvd. Drive Harbor Blvd for approximately 3 miles and make a left turn at First Street. Make a left turn on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 22 east and exit North Fairview. Make a right on Fairview and go approximately 4 miles. ATEC will be on your right at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 55 north and go north on the 5 Santa Ana Freeway. Exit the First and Fourth Street exit staying in the left lane to Fourth Street. Make a right turn on East First Street and go approximately 3 miles. Make a right on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 55 South and exit the Fourth Street - Irvine Blvd exit. Make a right on Fourth Street. Make a left turn on Tustin Ave. and then a right on First Street. Go approximately 3 miles on First Street until you reach North Fairview and make a right. Get in your left lane and make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC is at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 5 north and exit the First Street/ Fourth Street exit staying in the left lane to First Street. Make a right turn on East First Street and go approximately 3 miles. Make a right on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
Take the 5 South and exit First Street/ Fourth Street exit. Make a right turn on East First Street and go approximately 3 miles. Make a right on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
From above listed freeways take the 57 South, transition to the 5 South and Exit First Street/ Fourth Street exit. Make a right turn on East First Street and go approximately 3 miles. Make a right on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
Transition to the 57 Freeway South, 5 South and exit First Street/ Fourth Street exit. Make a right turn on East First Street and go approximately 3 miles. Make a right on North Fairview and immediately get in your left lane. Make a U-turn at the Goodwill Industries offices/plant. ATEC will be at 200 North Fairview.
*ATEC is on Fairview between Fifth and First Streets. It is closest to First Street and has palm trees and green grass in front of the blue gate. The blue gate is open from 8-5. You can only make a right into the blue gate off of Fairview Street.
